We're proud to have designed CNH Industrial Australia's Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), a significant step in their commitment to diversity for First Nations peoples. This document, designed for our client Seftons, emphasises engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and highlights employment opportunities within the organisation. A key feature of this first RAP is the artwork 'Oneness' by Bunuba/Kija artist Taminga Connell, symbolising unity among diverse cultures. We vectorized this beautiful piece, ensuring it could be easily reproduced across design collateral for the launch and beyond. Along with Seftons, we are excited to see the commitments outlined in the RAP become meaningful actions that benefit Indigenous communities and shape the corporate culture for CNH.
