Formerly known as the Youth and Community Learning Centre (YCLC), the Good Samaritan College aims to educate young people within the Toowoomba community who are not attending mainstream schooling. Due to renaming, a total identity rebrand was also required for the social justice initiative - this is where Black Canvas came in. The chosen logo design shows four hands that together form the flames of the Holy Spirit. The hands, which represent the helping and guidance of the college, are a perfect symbol to reflect the college’s ethos. From a logo to accompanying brand elements, including college signage, stationery, and uniforms, Good Samaritan College has a brand that its students and staff can be proud of.
