Yuggera Ugarapal People (YUP)

Branding | Website Design

To enhance the Yuggera Ugarapul People (YUP) presence in the community, we redrew and vectorised their logo to help with brand recognition. Each illustration used conveys a story: the Tree Frog represents the Ugarapul mob’s totem, the sand Goanna symbolises the community, and the interconnected circles signify the waterways. Together, these elements illustrate how water connects the Yuggera Ugarapul people, providing hope and nourishment. Black Canvas developed a comprehensive brand style guide, featuring a strong and unique colour palette to serve as reference during the website design and use of other brand collateral. Our goal is to empower clients to understand and confidently utilise their branding in a streamlined and flexible way.
